Aperçu des modules

The Polestar online learning platform allows you to prepare and revise each module in the best possible way. The entire content of the modules is available online in the form of quizzes, exercise videos and lectures. You can thus learn in a flexible and effective way and improve your individual progress.

Right from the start of the course, you will have access to the essential theoretical basis, the Polestar principles of movement and all the content of the first module. This guarantees you an excellent preparation for the presentation of the course.

Module 1 - Présentiel (2 jours)

This module forms the basis of the course. You will benefit from an interactive introduction to the equipment, learn about its use and safety aspects and practise the basic exercises. The first postural and movement analyses will be carried out. The online platform will help you prepare for this module. In addition, the cinq principes de mouvement Polestar are introduced.

Module 2 - Présentiel (2 jours)

The second module focuses on the structure and implementation of the POLESTAR Pilates programme. The analysis, planning, management and exercises of levels 1-2 are discussed. A "check-off" of the exercises from the first module will also take place.

Module 3 - Présentiel (2 jours)

This module emphasises visual vocabulary, case studies and level 2 exercises. The exercises used in module 2 are checked again.

Check-Off (3 hours en présentiel before module 4)

Before the fourth module, a check-off in presence takes place. The exercises completed up to module 3 are then assessed and evaluated. Once this check-off has been validated, it is possible to pass a mi-parcours exam which certifies that 50 % of the training have been successfully completed.

Module 4 - Présentiel (2 jours)

The fourth module is dedicated to tactile support, differentiated instructions, other case studies and exercises at levels 2-3. The topic of touch is also covered.

Module 5 - Présentiel (2 jours)

This module is dedicated to communication, training planning and other case studies. Level 3 exercises are also included.

Module 6 - Présentiel (2 jours)

The sixth module deals with aspects related to energy medicine, intensifies the preparation for the exam and offers new case studies as well as level 3 exercises.

Révision de l'examen - Check-Off (1 jour de 6 heures, en présentiel)

In order to prepare the exam in a balanced way, a revision day is planned: the practical and theoretical content is reviewed, the execution and teaching of the exercises from all the previous modules are checked. There is also a white exam and an evaluation of the results.

Examen international de certification - (présentiel et en ligne)

Cet examen est inclus dans le package ! Each participant is enrolled for the exam as indicated in the training programme. This date can be reported once (against additional administrative costs), but the exam must be passed within 12 months after the last module.

Conditions d'examen

In order to sit the exam, the participants will take an onboarding record in which they document their personal practice (100 hours), the teaching of the exercises (100 hours) and the observations of the courses (40 hours). This onboard record serves as justification for access to the final exam and must be checked by a mentor or Polestar trainer before registering for the exam.
