Série Tapis automne 2026

The Polestar Pilates "Mat Series" training offers you a deep dive into the fundamental movement principles of the Pilates method. It takes you through a step-by-step mastery of the mat exercise repertoire, from beginner (level 1) to advanced (levels 2 and 3) and also includes an introduction to the pre-Pilates exercises.

During the training, you will learn how to perform, analyse and teach each exercise precisely, taking into account the specific indications, contraindications and needs of the practitioners. Theoretical parts such as lesson structure, imagery, tactile guidance, contraindications and movement analysis will help you to teach confidently and according to the needs of your participants, with a focus on group dynamics.

The training programme also includes the use of small equipment (rollers, Pilates circles, balls, etc.) to facilitate or intensify the exercises. "Check-off" sessions and preparation for the final examination are central components of the training programme.

All course content is also available online via the Polestar platform and as printed course materials. Basic knowledge of anatomy and a minimum of 50 hours of practical experience in Pilates are required.

New in France: If you want to develop your Pilates skills to teach group classes, we recommend the MAT + REFORMER COMBO courses as the ideal preparation! To benefit from the €500 discount on the two combined modules, simply tick your choice on the pre-registration form linked above.
