Série Reformer automne 2026

The Reformer and the Reformer workout have taken the Pilates and fitness world by storm! This versatile and legendary Pilates machine can be adapted to all levels, making movements easier or more difficult and enabling choreographed movement sequences in both individual and group training.

The aim of our Reformer programme is to pass on the legacy of Joseph Pilates' method and the fundamental movement principles of Polestar Pilates®. We will teach you the basics of movement assessment and analysis and show you how to create an effective training plan. You will learn to plan and deliver progressive classes for all levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced), guide transitions between exercises and use effective verbal, visual and tactile instruction to enhance your classes and improve the functional movement of your clients. We will work with you on examples of sport-specific training on the reformer.

"Check-off" sessions and preparation for the final exam are key components of the training programme. All course content is also available online via the Polestar platform and as printed course materials. Basic knowledge of anatomy and a minimum of 50 hours of practical experience in Pilates are required.

New in France: If you want to develop your Pilates skills to teach group classes, we recommend the MAT + REFORMER COMBO courses as the ideal preparation! To benefit from the €500 discount on the two combined modules, simply tick your choice on the pre-registration form linked above.
