In the Polestar Comprehensive training programme you will learn the complete Pilates repertoire - on the mat and on all the classic equipment: Reformer, Trapeze Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector. You will develop a deep understanding of the method, functional relationships and professional guidance.

Whether you want to set up your own studio or work in a therapeutic centre - this course will take you to the next level. You will learn how to create customised training plans, apply functional analysis techniques and provide your clients with targeted support - in prevention, training or rehabilitation.

You will graduate with an internationally recognised certificate - as a studio trainer or, for therapists, with a focus on rehabilitation.
